I am almost embarrassed at how long it has been since I have updated Elder Lamb's blog! There was quite some time that he didn't send any pictures. :( Its always fun and exciting to receive pictures of your missionary.  The pictures make us moms feel like we are there with them on the mission in a way.  So bare with me as I upload about 25 pictures and comments.  Thank you for supporting our missionary and writing him and most of all praying for him.  He can feel the prayers and love.

Well, let me just start with how excited we were to be able to Skype with Elder Lamb on Mother's Day.  We were taught and edified by this awesome son of ours.  He never misses an opportunity to teach us.

Part of our little family! Missing Alex, Abbie and Crew:( It was so much fun skyping with him. What a blessing it is to have this technology!

This pic was taken on Mother's Day! Elder Mansilla and Elder Lamb were so kind to make dinner for Sister Lia and her family for Mother's Day. This makes a mama proud to see him cooking. Just knowing that he wont starve if he has to cook for himself.
There he is just cutting and mixing away.  I sure do miss seeing that look on his face.

I think that is what he was putting together.  .... Cucumber and carrot salad?

Just two Elders in a kitchen makin some grub!
And............ here is the finished product!!! Looks yummy to me. Great job Elders!!!!

So we asked Elder Lamb to send us some pictures of his new digs! This is only his 2nd transfer in almost 1 year! He has been with Elder Mansilla for a little over 4 1/2 months now and he loves him like a brother.  He has had an absolute blast serving with him.  So the next few pics are of their home.

Cooking in the kitchen on PDay! they bought a little grill and now are chefs.

This is where they eat and study.

Just grillin up some fried bananas for breakfast.  He hated fruit when he lived in the US.   Thank you Honduras for teaching him how to eat!!! :)

YUUUUMMMMMYYYY!!!

Elder Mansilla cookin bananas!!!

BOM APETITE!!!!

These next few photos are of Elder Lamb just having so much fun on his mission.  He is a goofball!!!
I love that he hasn't lost his fun personality!!!

I have no idea where he got that shirt from???? His cousins AJ and Dallin would be so proud!!!

This is the wonderful couple that takes care of our Elder in La Ceiba! They are so nice to feed and take care of him.  We had the priviledge of skyping with them on Mothers Day too and speaking Spanish with them..... well... in my case.....Its a mix of Portugues, Spanish and English!! lol

This is a picture that was tagged to me on facebook by my new Honduran friends!! Thank you for posting these next few photos and capturing the moments.  (Zach is standing on the left against the wall)  This was a FHE that they had with the ward members.

This pic was also tagged to me.  I think this pic was right when he first got in the mission.

This is priceless! Apparently he has been singing a lot on the mission.  This Sunday I think he is singing in sacrament meeting.

Cute pic of the Elders doing a service project!! My cute boy!!!

So he thought he was out of the woods from having to see these awful creatures....but no!!! He was writing in his journal one night and down it fell from the wall!!! YUCK!!! It fell right on his hand! So disgusting!

This is the coolest puzzle ever! Short story behind this.... When Zach and Jakes friend was being taught by the missionaries in our home, one of the Elders took this little puzzle out of his bag to teach the Plan of Salvation.  I tried to find this in Spanish for Zach before he left for the mission because he wanted it so bad to take with him.  So come to find out that one of the Elders in his district had an extra one and gave it to Zach.  It just so happens that this Elders uncle is the one who makes them in every language.  I thought that was a cool story!!!

Such a cute pic of this little girl on her baptism day.... I cant remember if I already posted this pic yet.

I am simply amazed at the beauty of this country!!! Elder Lamb can't take credit for this picture.  All the credit goes to Sister Klein, his wonderful mission mom!!! She is an amazing photographer. Thank you Sister Klein!!!

 So beautiful!!!

Love his muscle poses!!! What a goof!

I love that book!!!! On top of the mountain!!!

Again with the muscle pose!! I don't know what that is all about...... He looks like he has actually lost some weight. lol!!!!

I just had to add this beautiful last pictures and they have nothing to do with Honduras, but the pictures that my friend took in Arizona were way too pretty not to share.  Elder Lamb lived 10 years of his 20 years in Chandler Arizona so I thought that this was fitting.  The Gilbert Arizona Temple was just recently dedicated and its an amazingly beautiful temple. ENJOY!!!!!!!

This next picture was taken at night with a full moon in the perfect spot!!! Such beauty!!!!!

I have to print this picture for my grandson, Crew!!! He loves
"NO--NO--NI"!!!!

WE are so grateful for the gospel in our lives.  We are so blessed to be an eternal family.  Our testimonies continue to grow because of Elder Lamb's service! WE are so grateful to him for sharing his experiences with us and making us a part of his mission!!!!

9 Months Down!!!! WOW!!!!

It's been a while since I have posted anything on the blog.....sorry  Elder Lamb! I have all the time in the world now devoted to your blog tonight!!!!  I have enjoyed posting pictures and letting everyone know about how Elder Lamb is doing.  He has been growing and continues to teach and love the people of Honduras!!! We as a family are growing as well.  Our testimonies of the Jesus Christ grow everytime he shares his experiences with us; good and not so good. We love missionary work and love to share the gospel as well with others.  The love of the gospel envelops our home and we absolutely love to share that with others.  Elder Lamb, keep loving the people and teaching and "forget yourself and go to work!"

Elder Mansilla and Elder Lamb have loved being companions! They will be brothers for life! It looks like they wear even matching ties.

This is the most recent baptisms.  They have been teaching them for a few months and set the baptism date and were baptized on March 29, 2014.  What a great day and they all look so happy.  This is what the gospel brings to families: HAPPINESS!!!

SO happy!!!!

On PDays sometimes Zach gets to shop! He just couldnt resist the Brazilian soccer shirt. This made his dad real proud of him.

He just happened to find a tie with an alligator playing golf on it....... this probably wont fly as a missionary tie........wear it when you get home!!!

This was one of  the first baptisms that Elder Mansilla was in his mission for.  Such a great family.

He has still got his fun personality!!!! We Love you Zach!!!

This is when Elder Lamb was just barely put in as a District Leader in his area in La Ceiba.  As a DL you interview the investigator for baptism.  This young man that wanted to be baptized met Zach and they had an immediate connection.  During the interview, the young man then asked Zach if he would baptize him.  Elder Lamb was surprised! He had the honor of baptizing this young man that day.  What a fun experience.

What a sweet family this is.  The mom and two of the kids were baptized just after their dad was deceased. They will be blessed!!!!

Ok...... so before everyone freaks out when you see the next few pics.....don't worry!!!! These Elders got permission from their mission president to go golfing on PDAY! They had a blast! Zach has missed going golfing and after you see the greens on this course....I think he will kiss the putting greens here when he gets home.  Everything else was so pretty on the course, except the greens.

See...... This looks so beautiful and it was. The fairway is gorgeous!!!!

Still has his swing!!!!!!

Getting ready to golf!!!! Just so awesome!

The greens are not so easy to putt on!!! Ya think? Still a pretty course though!

So HAPPY to be on the course!!!!

This is the coolest picture! He even found a "Pro V One" ball!! What could be better than that!

His District had so many people at a missionary activity that they were rewarded by having a soccer match!!!

Elder Lamb has gotten really good at taking "selfies".  Here he is on  pday taking a hike in the mountains in La Ceiba. Beautiful Country!!!!!

Part of his district!

What a precious family.  They have wanted to be baptized for so long and circumstances didn't permit it until Feb. 22, 2014 (which happens to be my birthday). They were so excited to be able to get baptized and that made it a great birthday for me too.

What a great picture and he will forever remember them!!

Eating lunch in La Ceiba. What fabulous members to make food and keep my boy healthy and strong!!!

"Selfie" at lunch!!! very hungry and ready to eat..... what you say????? Take a look at the next pic.  By the way..... Elder Lamb is absolutely loving the food in Honduras...even sea food.  He had tried a lot of things but never this................

...................He didnt expect the fish to still be breathing. lol not really.  But none the less he was so grateful for the meal that was prepared for him.  He loves the selflessness of the members who are always so willing to do anything for the Elders.  Love it!!!!!

We would like to thank all of you for writing to Zach.  He loves the emails and letters and packages.  Keep them coming!!!  We are so happy to have a missionary out serving and teaching.  There is no place he would rather be!!! LOVE him!!!!
